Free Dentistry Courses
Online dentistry courses touch on concepts in such areas with oral care, dentures and implants. Dentistry courses are designed to include lab and clinical rotations, which, of course, can't be executed online. However, these free online courses provide students with access to lecture notes and reading materials.
Tufts University
Tuft's OpenCourseWare offers several courses for dentistry students. Classes cover a range of topics, such as clinical steps and laboratory procedures in making a complete set of dentures, dental care to persons with special needs, oral health care and prevention education for the elderly, the fundamentals of implant dentistry, and how to take patient's history and perform a physical examination.
