Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts offers a variety of programs designed to help students to achieve their potential in the culinary and pastry arts field. The programs features small class sizes and personalized, modernized instruction in the techniques developed by Auguste Escoffier, King of Chefs. Students can learn where their food comes from and will develop respect for local resources and sustainable practices. Graduates should have the practical skills, operational awareness, humility and dependability needed to enter the workforce.

Many culinary and pastry professionals have graduated from our school and gone on to achieve personal satisfaction and professional acclaim in establishments and institutions around the country. The school was also named one of the '21 Best Culinary Schools in America' by FSR Magazine in 2017.
