The undergraduate and graduate programs are taught from a Christian point-of-view and help students work towards a career and a life of significance. Associate and bachelor's degree programs are offered through the College of Arts & Sciences. Program options cover range of fields, including business, theology, criminal justice, technology, cybersecurity and healthcare. Master's and doctoral programs are also offered through the university's seven graduate schools. Online graduate degree programs include the MBA, Ed.D., MPA, M.Div., M.A. in Law and a M.A. in Communication.

Many of the programs offered through Regent Online include flexible 8-week courses that allow busy adult learners to complete their education while also balancing work, family and other life commitments. These courses are taught by the same knowledgeable and experienced instructors who teach the on-campus courses, many of whom are considered experts in their field. All online students have access to student services and support, such as an online library, writing resources, chapel videos, and the Regent C.A.R.E.S. program for both technical and spiritual support.
