Culinary

Culinary arts and culinary management are the two major areas of study offered. Students enrolled in the culinary arts program will be trained in fundamental cooking techniques and skills. Graduates will be able to apply for entry-level jobs as assistant bakers, pantry cooks or line cooks. The culinary management major will learn about all aspects of the restaurant business, from developing a menu to managing a team.
