About Sacred Heart University

Sacred Heart University is an accredited, private university with a main campus in Fairfield, Connecticut. It is the second-largest Catholic university in New England and was founded in 1963 with the mission of preparing students to make meaningful contributions to the world. Sacred Heart also offers several of its high-quality and affordable education programs online. The online programs include the same distinguished instructors and detailed curriculum as the on-campus programs, but allow students the flexibility to attend class and complete their coursework at the times that fit their personal and professional schedules.

Applicants to Sacred Heart University's graduate online programs must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Some programs have additional requirements.
