FORTIS Colleges and Institutes offer career-focused programs for students seeking the skills to enter or advance their career in a variety of in-demand fields such as nursing, dental, medical, business, cosmetology, and the skilled trades such as HVAC and welding. FORTIS is made up of a network of accredited schools that offer more than 50 programs at 40+ campuses across 15 states.

The certificate, diploma, and associate degree programs at FORTIS are designed to prepare students for rewarding careers, though not all campuses offer all programs. Students can choose from programs that range from business administration to information technology and welding. Programs are also available in healthcare fields like EMT-paramedic, dental assisting, medical office assisting, nursing, and pharmacy technology. Many FORTIS programs incorporate projects and hands-on learning experiences with the equipment and software programs used in that field.

The online programs offered by FORTIS offer students the flexibility of earning their degree on their own terms. Online students access their course materials through an easy-to-use course management system and use group forums, live chats, messaging, and email to communicate with their instructors and classmates. Fully online programs are available in business management, accounting technology, human resources, and Internet marketing. Hybrid programs are also available in medical billing and coding and medical assisting.
